Day Four: The Random
1. Fave first sentence:
Pride & Prejudice - Jane Austen
"It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife."
3. Fave reading experience (ie: created a great reading memory):
1st Place-The Passage - Justin Cronin
2nd Place - A Discovery of Witches - Deborah Harkness
3rd Place - The Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins
Honorable Mention - The Host - Stephanie Meyer
4. Book with the best food in it (made you so crazy-envious-hungry):
Sweet Inspiration - Penny Watson
(They made the most delicious sounding meals and pastries in this one!!)
6. Most embarrassing book cover (feeling sheepish in public or just plain ugly):
Sweet Inspiration - Penny Watson
(Shirtless guy on cover)
7. Can’t believe you waited this long to read the book (!):
1st Place - The Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins
2nd Place - Pride & Prejudice - Jane Austen
10. Book you'd like to give your past-self to read:
Breaking the Headache Cycle - Ian Livingstone, MD & Donna Novak, RN
(This book helped me a lot)
14. Fattest brick of a book you read (by page count):
1st Place-The Passage - Justin Cronin at 766 pgs
2nd Place - A Discovery of Witches at 579 pgs

I made the list twice....yippee! :^) Happy Holidays!
