Witches & Witchcraft Reading Challenge JANUARY Review Link Up

    @ Toni - I'm going to read The Witches of East End (The Beauchamp Family, #1)– Melissa de la Cruz or Second Hand Spirits (A Witchcraft Mystery, #1)- Juliet Blackwell first...haven't decided which!!!

  5. Finished my first book for the Witches & Witchcraft Reading Challenge 2012. Heather Blake's It Takes a Witch was utterly bewitching! I linked to my goodreads review.

  6. I read It Takes A Witch by Heather Blake first. An absolute terrific book, so I'm very glad I did! I even gave it 5 stars, which I rarely do. I followed it up with Tanya Huff's The Wild Ways & enjoyed it a lot.

  7. I just read and reviewed A Modern Witch by Debora Geary. What fun! I am so glad I joined this challenge. I am not sure how to put in the title of the book in the list. Hints would be greatly appreciated.

  8. My first read of the year was one for this challenge, woo!

    I've got the second book in Cate Tiernan's Immortal Beloved trilogy in the post right now. Can't wait until it gets here! More witchy goodness!

  11. Thanks for hosting this one. Fire Burn and Cauldron Bubble was my first witchy read. Unfortunately I can't find a physical copy of the second book in the series so I'm skipping right to the third.

  13. Whew! Made it! One more witchy read for the month of January. I just finished Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins. It turned out better than I thought it would.

  14. Hi Melissa. A question: I have just read the glass series by Maria Maria V. Snyder and I am in doubt whether they count as witchy book. They are all magicians not witches??

    1. I'll leave that to your discretion :) (I think I'd say that any true practitioner of magic, Wizard Mage etc would count!)

  15. I have recently joined your merry group of book readers. I love challenges as you not only motivates you to read more but you meet others that love that same genre. That is hard for me to find others 'my age' that like this stuff. :D so thanks Melissa
